Kitchen Hand Towel - La Vache qui Rit (The Laughing Cow)

This fun Laughing Cow kitchen hand towel is 100% soft long lasting cotton. The famous Laughing Cow® was born in Léon Bel’s French cheese plant in 1921, marking a revolution for consumers. Another unique characteristic was its hilarious cow logo designed by illustrator Benjamin Rabier. Reproduced here on this traditional hand towel, useful to wipe your hands during food preparation. Note this is towelling cotton, used to dry hands rather than dishes!

Founded in 1931 by René Coucke in the north of France, Couke started out as a brand of handkerchiefs, before branching out into table and kitchen linen in the 1970s. The company now specialises in Jacquard tea towels  with original, memorable designs. With special attention to product quality, Couke insist on natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. There is a conscious effort to preserve the traditions and skills of Northern France, renowned for it's expertise in weaving and manufacturing and respected world wide.
