For the past decade or so I have spent numerous happy weeks exploring the delights of neighbouring France whilst holidaying with my family and friends.  On each occasion I found myself searching through local French shops and markets looking for, and frequently finding, delightful local treasures, handmade creations which simply weren’t available on the high street.

After a while my holiday passion gave rise to this simple business idea, to source beautiful and sustainable artisan products and bring them over to Jersey. I have endeavoured to find unique items that are created from natural materials such as clay, wood, linen, soap, wax and baskets, that have been traditionally made for over a century.

A few years down the line and now a small, family team, we have assembled a prodigious range of suppliers all with the same ethos at their heart, using basic materials for a truer, healthier more natural way of life. This is everything we love about France - the beautiful country inspires creativity and craftmanship.
